My First Day

My first day at John Carroll was interesting. This was because it was only my second time in the school with my schedule and I did not know where anything was. Walking up and down the stairs constantly, back and fourth the hallways and copying down all the stuff I needed to do or get for class. Most importantly getting to class on time, this was because all of my classes mentioned something about getting to class on time and what the consequences would be if I were late. All I know was that it was nothing like middle school or what I heard about public high schools from my friends that went there. I was expecting to walk into class and the teacher just give us a syllabus, introduce themselves and tell us about themselves and then go over what we would do in the whole school year. But that was nothing what it was like, I walked in and we went straight in to class. In conclusion my first day was nothing like what I had expected.
